The service of the employees was excellent! The prices are outrageous! You wanted to charge me $170 to change the cabin air filter and recharge the A/C. The A/C doesn’t need recharging and the cabin air filter cost me $23 and took 2 min to change. In all you wanted $2,400 to complete the 60,000 mile service. I’m not sure who you think purchased a Mazda and has that much money lying around. I was very disappointed by that.

Another great experience, this time an emergency removal of a nail from my tire and repair. Got in for the repair within an hour of calling Service and was on my way within two hours of discovering the problem. Thanks all!
