Not a bad experience at all. They got my vehicle in on time, did a thorough inspection, conducted the service, and got me on my way. I decided to wait in the waiting area which was comfortable and offered amenities.

Great job to Clark, Matt, the lot guy and the finance lady for working 1.5 hrs passed your shift to help me get into my 2018 CX5! It was on 10/12/22. I absolutely love it! You were all so nice and very helpful to answer all of my questions. I also want to thank Jeff for sending me some pics and answering multiple questions as well. I can't forget to mention the title clerk, Melody for being so nice and helpful regarding the paperwork and to get my trade in, Kia paid off, on 10/20/22, the day the first payment was due on it. I also want to thank the lot guy for filling it up with gas and delivering it so I could get on the road back to Salem. It was a late night for me but so rewarding!! Great team effort! I worked at car dealerships for 30 years! 23 years as Warranty Administrator for the Service Dept. I would highly recommend your store to other as well. Keep up the good work! All of these employees mentioned should all get a raise! I will keep you in mind for Parts Dept needs and the Service department as well! Thank you so much for everything! I really appreciate it 🙏! Friendly and helpful, all of my questions were answered and I was shown the car that best fit my needs. When I thought there was an issue the day after the sale, everyone from the manager to the detailer stepped in to immediately and politely resolve the problem. Very happy.

Sydney was incredible and you could tell that she wasn’t trying to force me to buy anything — and genuinely cared about my wants and must-haves on a vehicle. Super down to earth and dog friendly! I needed to lease a vehicle for my college-aged son and Clark facilitated the transaction smoothly and transparently. First time leasing a vehicle, I felt my questions were answered honestly. After purchasing 5 cars in my lifetime though, I still don't understand why it takes 3 hours to get the deal finalized - no matter what dealer/financing option. Dealers need to look at the Tesla model of sales....
