The downside: I confirmed two things before driving from
The downside: I confirmed two things before driving from Salem for my last service appointment: appointment time, and, no charge for the work, as confirmed with the Service Manager. The Service Manager checked me in once there, but could not find record of the appointment and did not recall our conversation a few days earlier related to no charge. The upside: the work done was excellent and despite the mix up, they took care of me.

Did not mark up over MSRP, as many dealers are right now,
Did not mark up over MSRP, as many dealers are right now, but required purchase of at least one add on package. Friendly employees but felt like the more the deal came together the more it got stacked in their favor. What started as a fair trade in value ended up with a $1200 reconditioning fee, when that is already factored into trade in value. With that fee, they promised to at least return all my upgrade parts since they planned to return my trade in to stock as it wouldn't be appealing otherwise, although I felt that it was upgraded in a classy and appealing manner I agreed. Instead, they turned around and sold my trade in for a huge profit of $7000 on a compact car within a few days and in that rush I ultimately only got about half my upgrade parts back since they sold it so quickly. Service dept. did call proactively to get my car in for the clear bra chip protection package I bought with the new car, Dallas was awesome to deal with, got me a loaner on the spot while the clear bra was done. Satellite radio trial was not activated properly. They also should have offered accessories like the appearance package or other accessories I wanted, I could have had them rolled into my loan but they only pushed huge margin warranties and packages. I understand dealers need to make money on less volume days so overall it was an average experience, just be prepared to stand your ground and say no to add-ons you don't want.
