Well managed.

Well managed. Easy to work with. Informative. No issues. The buying process was pretty easy and I didn’t feel like there could have been a better deal.

We paid for a diagnostic so we wouldn't do any

We paid for a diagnostic so we wouldn't do any unnecessary work, took more than 2 weeks to get the part, while we got no updates and had to keep calling and getting transfered to an extension that never picked up and dropped my call, and after the car was returned to us nothing has improved. So we took it again and this time it was marginally better, but far from fixed. We had to take it elsewhere so it could actually be fixed. On both occasions we got loaner cars, and we received a call 2 months later saying very accusatorial that we still had a loaner car, and they weren't even sure if they had ever returned our car to us. Stay away from this dealer lest you find yourself dealing with horrible customer experience when dealing with the service department.

James was so great to work with.

James was so great to work with. He is very customer service focused and knowledgeable. We really appreciate his help and all the staff that helped. It was a great experience!

James Freelove was an absolute gem.

James Freelove was an absolute gem. You guys have a total rockstar on your hand. I’d like to give credit to Arvin who helped us as well on day one.. but James really sold us.

Buying a car thru James was enjoyable from start to finish. I can honestly say I’ve never enjoyed buying a vehicle but James actually made the process enjoyable and entertaining. The paperwork and numbers were quick easy and understandable as well which of course is important as well

James is as great! He helped with every question or concern we had. This was the first time I enjoyed myself while purchasing a car and it was because James paved the way. Also I love my car! It is everything you said it was.
