I was told the appointment would last about 1 and 1/2 hours and I got a text letting me know my car was ready at 1 hour 40 minutes. My car runs great and everyone is so nice. I was put in touch with Steven Patino to check out a new Mazda we were interested, and am so glad he was our sales person. He patiently answered my many questions about the CX-30, let me take my time checking out one they had in stock, and accompanied me on a test drive that gave me ample time to get to know the vehicle. He was knowledgeable, patient, genuine, and kindly followed up in a couple of days without any high pressure sales tactics.
