My salesperson was James Freelove and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was so patient the entire time despite all of the multiple-hour-long complications I was having and was incredibly helpful the entire way through- trying his best to figure out other alternatives for me that would make it so that I could afford to get the car. The entire time he was kind, chill, understanding, and just all out an amazing person who you could tell cared about the customer and getting them a good experience with their car purchase. Despite how stressful the insurance issue was, he helped to keep me going through the process and figuring out different solutions without overwhelming me. I cannot fully express how much I appreciate his help throughout the whole process and how great of a person and salesman he is. I’m incredibly glad I got to work with him.

Very streamlined, saved days of negotiations, with none of the usual song and dance before bringing out a legitimately workable deal. Brought in the exact vehicle we wanted, and sold it at the agreed upon price/rate. Vastly improved experience, when compared to other deals offered on the same make/model/trim in the near vicinity.

Recently purchased a CX-5, with exceptional help from James. He was extremely knowledgeable and highly entertaining. We weren’t sure which trim level would fit our life with dogs, and he guided us through all of the various features and the associated bells and whistles. First of all, Andrew is a fantastic salesman to work with. This man has been with Gladstone Mazda for a couple of months and he is already one of the best car sales man I have worked with. He is knowledgeable and always willing to explain features of each car type and model. Even after the sale, he has helped me tackle a couple of minor issues I had with the car with no problem.
