If you want to be treated as a person and shown dignity and value, this is the dealership for you! After 30 days of “shady dealerships and used car shops I was done. I had settled on buying a used Mazda but I didn’t want to go far from Vancouver. I gave myself until the end of my birthday month. With five days left I felt to search Mazda dealers website. I found three cars but Mazda of Gladstone stood out. Tyne contacted me, sent me car information, and answered all my questions. The next day I got a cab from Vancouver, WA and test drove two cars at Mazda of Gladstone. Tyne was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Then came time to crunch the numbers: Matt worked hard to better my Credit Union APR and kept me in budget! I was blown away. They never rushed me when I needed time. I left and took the bus home. That evening I called Matt and sealed the deal. The next day Tyne delivered my new-to-me car during my lunch break. I signed all the paperwork-it was a breeze.

Mazda of Gladstone was fantastic, it doesn't feel like they are gouging customers with prices like some other dealerships are doing. Erin was great, arranging the test drive and taking a lot of time to explain all the features in the car (and there are a lot!). When I realized I had forgotten my checkbook for the down payment, Erin even followed me to my bank to pick up a cashier's check and take it back to the dealership so that I wouldn't have to go back. She really went the extra mile! The best dealership and salesperson experience I've had in a long time.

Tyne, Clark, and Daniel made my buying experience quick and easy. Tyne and Clark were extremely knowledgeable about all Mazda features and helped me through every step of the purchasing process. Very quickly after arrival I was given a test drive and then went through the purchase process. I was offered extended warranties but they were not so pushy as to be rude or waste my time, Im glad the only reason I had to wait was because the people ahead of me were taking so long. Daniel tracked down a car from another dealership and had it redirected for me to purchase. I didnt think I would be able to get my desired car until months into 2022 but Daniel made it possible. Big thanks to the whole team and a MASSIVE thank you to Daniel for getting my car redirected to their dealership. Great experience all around!

I had a smooth experience with Mazda Gladstone. My first car purchase and Erin made it very easy for me. After I looked up some options on the website Erin reached out to me and emailed me some options we made an appointment for a test drive. Looked up couple options did a test drive together which was long enough to feel the car. She was with me the whole time in the office during my visit. Gave me a lot of information about the car. We sat in the car and she showed me how to use the features and everything while waiting for paperwork. And she told me I can visit anytime if I have any questions about the car. I am very happy with my purchase and experience at Mazda Gladstone. it was nice to work with Erin.

Mazda of Gladstone is the fifth dealer I visited. They didn't have the color and the trim I wanted either. But Lidiya, and the team said they would find it somewhere... , and they did! A brand new beautiful white CX-30 arrived only a week later without delay during severe snowstorm, and Lidiya immediately delivered it to me. Pretty amazing.. She was so confident, knowledgeable and kind. (and such a car lover :) Thank you so much all for getting me the car I love!
