I was very disappointed that with all my warranties and

I have been coming to this KIA Dealership since 2006.

I have been coming to this KIA Dealership since 2006. Started as Citrus KIA, then Jenkins Kia. The Service Department, Parts & Sales Department are all great.

Timmy Torres is always a pleasure to work with. This was my 2nd vehicle purchase with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in such a way it is easy to understand. Never a rush or high pressure sales. Timmy takes time with you. Syed in the Fianace Dept was great to work with. He explains everything to you in a way it is very easy to understand. I went to this dealership to have my Telluride serviced, my service advisor is Devin who is an asset to that department. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly takes the time with you explaining what is happening with your vehicle. I then punched a new Telluride.

Took 4 visits and over 6 months to get defective

Took 4 visits and over 6 months to get defective mouldings replace on my Kia Stinger. Original service rep completely dropped the ball. I left an appropriate feedback on Google. A day or so later I got a call from Jamie, she was very appologetic and she and Will were able to get my problem taken care of. They were both 5 star.

Steven was considerate and friendly during my service. When I asked him we'd drop what he was doing to go back into the shop to find the status of my repair immediately, which I thought was very helpful. Sometimes, just know what's going on makes it seem like things are being done in a timely manner.
