My particular recall required two visits.

My particular recall required two visits. Each time I was helped quickly, asked if I’d like my car washed after service and entire job resolved in less than an hour each time. Quite pleased with Jenkins Kia service center.

These guys are knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I never worry because I know my car will be in great shape after they repair or service. Love my courtesy driver Keith he’s pleasant and enjoy our conversations every time I go there.

Customer service was horrible.

Customer service was horrible. No help even after being told there would be help and assistance with my vehicle. Driving with 3 kids with no AC in Florida.

Went in looking for a new car with bucket middle seats.

Went in looking for a new car with bucket middle seats. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us find a Kia Telluride on the lot that had the bucket seats and was very informative on what else was offered convenience wise. The ability to have a sunroof as well was a definite surprise! Thank you to the team at Crystal River Kia!!
