Devin was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Steven (who is always friendly and accommodating) met me, as I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, and set me up with Devin. I remained in the waiting area and enjoyed the time spent while munching on a couple of doughnuts, drinking coffee, and watching the tv. Devin identified additional work needing to be done without pushiness; giving me a choice. Our OB (name of our car) was returned to me clean and running well. Thank you JKCR for a wonderful experience.

Steve was absolutely amazing.

Steve was absolutely amazing. So nice to see a cheerful smiling face as soon as we arrived. Customer service was amazing, Steve is one of the big reasons we will be back! Love the snacks and amenities as well.

Everything went very good.

They ripped me off a senior Citizen!

They ripped me off a senior Citizen!!! Brought in my late wife's 2008 Kia Sorento for a no start in the morning issue. Well they had it for 8 days, and they called me and told me it was fixed and that it was the plugs. I did not believe it was the plugs because the car would not crank, If it were plugs it would still crank. They charged me $529.00 got the car home and the next morning the car would not start. They ignore my phone calls as my phone number is in their system. bunch of crooks at the Jenkins auto Group !!! I will be filing complaints with the BBB, Florida Attorney's office

Very friendly house staff.
