When I stated that after 62 yearso of owning Toyotas,

When I stated that after 62 yearso of owning Toyotas, Hondas...even poor old Pontiacs...I had never had to deal with a recall, and this was the 5th in two years since deciding to try Kia, the service fellow replied, "Yep! Happens all the time!" The mechanic standing behind him looked at me with big eyes and nodded vigorously. That's a really odd response to a kindly worded complaint. It costs me more than 4 hours of my time and almost 90 miles round trip with every recall. I appreciate the due care involved in issuing a recall, but perhaps Kia has an engineering problem? Love my Telluride. Hate the service department.

The only complaint I have for your waiting room is the TV. I really think you should put on a different channel than the animal channel. Why can’t you have on at least the news spectrum that was very disappointing there was always something better than the pet channel. thank you very good coffee selection, and the donuts. Thank you again.

Jenkins KIA Service Dept. pricing is less expensive than other auto repair shops. Add in the free coffee, donuts, water, and comfortable waiting area, it's always an enjoyable experience.

Should have shuttle service if residents live within 7 miles or so,waiting three hours is too long. Glad no car sales man came over.

This was a recall service. They got it all done in less than 1 hour. Everything was easy in and out. Comfortable waiting area, water, coffee and even donuts.
