Service department is super friendly! The other sales guys came to greet us as we were waiting on our vehicle and offered refreshments!! All in all we enjoyed our first time at Jenkins Kia!!

The day I had an emergency issue on my 2023 Sportage, Steve took amazing care of me and my car, even tho I didn’t buy my car there, I was treated as tho I did…my issue was taken care of immediately because of Steve, Jenkins is my new home now because of him

I was told that it would cost $2500 to fix my air

I was told that it would cost $2500 to fix my air conditioning. I took it down the street and it was out of Freon and cost me $40 air is running perfect. I was also told I needed a new battery which is kind of funny because I had just bought a new battery from the dealership, the person that worked on my car also wrote down that I refused to have my car cleaned and vacuumed which is the reason why I brought it in to have the oil changed they’re done in the first place. They kept my car overnight as per my request because they were taking way too long. I will not be bringing me my car back to this dealership. I’ve had nothing but problems every time I go.. if you look at my file, you will see that I went somewhere else and bought an additional Kia I would have bought from them, but this is what happens when you are scamming someone. I hope everyone that goes there reads this and gets a second opinion because they are scamming people person behind the desk was very honest and a nice person and had nothing to do with the mechanic that sent me a video cleaning that I needed these things done. I’d also like to add the last oil change. I left with lights on and then they wanted to charge me to fix them , a fuse is all and was done by a woman that’s me
