I highly recommend Steve as the only service advisor

I highly recommend Steve as the only service advisor worth considering. His expertise is exceptional, providing precise advice to ensure your car is back on the road efficiently. Unfortunately, the other service advisors adopt a predatory approach, attempting to extract more money from customers. While this may benefit Kia in the short term, it is detrimental to both the dealership and its customer base overall.

I love coming to Jenkins Kia Crystal River.

I love coming to Jenkins Kia Crystal River. I have bought my 2021 Kia Sorento I have had all my maintenance done there and I love it. I don't know what experiences someone else may have had but this is one of the best dealerships that I have ever been to. I love their service, especially their customer service. Their sales department is always on point. The maintenance service is always good. I never have any complaints about it. Every time I come, I usually see Dave Bushnell. He is so kind and considerate and always cheerful. I would not go anywhere else. So I suggest you go there if you need your car serviced and even to buy a car they will do their best to help you. I would like to also thank all of this servicemen who have worked on my vehicle with high quality service. Thank you for washing my car. Where else can you go and get that service. Jenkins Kia of Crystal River will always be the place that I will go not only to buy my next vehicle but to always have it serviced there.

I was visiting from Georgia and was set to leave the next

I was visiting from Georgia and was set to leave the next day and my dashboard went out. Ocala Kia blew me off but Crystal River worked me in and the mechanic showed the advisor, who showed me how to turn the dashboard back on if it went out on my way back. I was able to travel safely and have it taken care of back home. Ocala told me they only had half staff, it would take 4 hours, they would have to order parts and basically don’t come in. Crystal River cared about my safety. They were awesome.
