I got a recall that said DO NOT DRIVE my 2023 Kia on Saturday Oct 7. No one in service, no help until Monday. Left messages for service, or manager callback, no call received. Made first appointment available for Thursday 10/12. Was told it would only be inspection, then, if needed, they would order part that would be 3-5 days, at least. My recall paperwork said not to drive the car until the part was replaced. No loaner car available. Service manager didn't return my call. No answer in service department most times that I called. I was without transportation for almost a week with no solution. Devin was the only person there that helped.

Did a great job as usual. Your sales and maintenance associates are the best. Was able to give the oil change and while I was in and also updated the security so did not have to make 2 trips.

Very good they called me when they were done made it easy on me sorry I didn't have to wait around thank you.
