I had just recently purchased a Kia Sportage 2024.

I had just recently purchased a Kia Sportage 2024.A few days later I used an automated car wash. Immediately after we heard a sound under and to the back of the car. The following day without an appointment I took the car to the service department. They examined the car and then the manager and I drove the car to see if the problem continued. No sounds detected and the car is driving beautiful. I appreciate that without an appointment I was able to have the car checked. My appreciation to Dave in the Service Department and the service manager.... . .

I had asked for more than was needed.

I had asked for more than was needed. I requested tire rotating and was reminded that I had it done the last oil change and it was not needed at this time. That's honesty

Had an appointment first thing in the morning for first

Had an appointment first thing in the morning for first service that included oil change, tire rotation, and multi-pioint inspection. Also had a software update. After nearly 2 hours I checked on the status and it was done but I was not informed because they were playing 'catch up'. Not acceptable! This should have been a pretty quick in and out. While there were many employees walking around the waiting area, the service counter appeared to be short staffed. Not sure if I'll continue doing services at this dealer. I believe the service advisor was doing what he could and I don't see this as his issue, but rather the dealership for not ensuring adequate staffing to support the customer. After this visit not sure I'll continue to use this dealership for future services.

Aaron and Timmy were excellent to deal with. Aaron helped with proof of insurance and was very persistent in doing so. Timmy was awesome, transparent and very helpful. Cierra got things started by contacting me via text. My wife and I had an overall pleasant experience and would definitely consider this dealer next time we are in need of a vehicle.
