Check in takes forever even though all of my info was

Check in takes forever even though all of my info was already filled in online days in advance. Waited 45 minutes for a shuttle. Absolutely miserable. Girl who worked at the check out desk was beyond rude, didn’t say please or thank you once. Barely made eye contact, acted like sitting there using a computer was the hardest thing she’d ever done in her life. The absolute rock bottom drop in quality of this dealership since IRA took over is beyond noticeable. Super disappointed every time I go now.

The sales person we had was excellent when we bought our

The sales person we had was excellent when we bought our used 2020 RAV4. His name is Curt Baker. When I called to set up an appointment for service, it took over an hour to get to speak with someone. When I checked in, the attendant said,” Let’s see,the last time you were in was at 35 thousand miles”. I told him that we bought the car used and it had 8,000 miles on it! As a side note, I waited 2hours for a grease and oil,tire rotation. It was unpleasant,for me, with the TV sound and people talking on their phones. Next time I will try to remember to bring ear plugs.

Simple oil change quoted 1 hour to 1 and a half hour.

Simple oil change quoted 1 hour to 1 and a half hour. I was first service call of the day! Car was delivered outside the waiting area 20 minutes before they came and told me it was ready! It appears that customers are simply a daily annoyance that must be tolerated in order to get a paycheck!

The communication problem appears to be on your end. The car was clearly finished 20 minutes before I was called to pick up the keys. It would appear your garage service people and your front desk representatives are out of synch.

I worked with Kate yesterday. She was efficient, friendly, very professional and made me feel like my satisfaction was her goal. Kate explained everything well so that I could understand and make a good decision. I was extremely happy with her service. As usual, the technicians who work on my vehicle do a wonderful job. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Very appreciative of the customer service aspect (A+ to Katey Decosta) as well the technical competence. I appreciate the spacious area allotted to customers, the coffee, the outdoor benches, the cleanliness, the availability of rental cars and the Internet cafe and the diligence and attention paid to both myself and my vehicle. It’s worth the hour and a half drive from Provincetown.
