I had an overall great experience. Derek and the team were very helpful, informative and prompt. They are willing to go above and beyond to get you into what is right for you. Derek will definitely be the go to man for future transactions!

Above and Beyond!

Brian and Mike got me out of a vehicle I hated and into a beautiful Lincoln MKZ that i just love. They both went above and beyond to make the deal happen and put me at ease. Everything was quick and easy. I was in and out on my lunch break. Caleb exlplained the financing answering all my questions. Everyone i encountered was helpful and friendly. Great Experience!

Amazing Experience

Hillary was amazing! She made everything seem so easy and simple. We came in with a lease we didn't want and walked out with a beautiful F-150. My husband is ecstatic. Thank you for your patience. Alex was easy to talk to and explained everything in detail. Johnny was awesome he took us out showed us so many trucks till he found the perfect one. Everyone was extraordinary. My husband said it was the first time he had invested in a vehicle where he didn't feel anxious.

Expedition

Derek was great to work with and he through for us on our new car. While there were a few hiccups through the process, he and his management were very accommodating and apologetic. At the end of the day, we got a great new car.

2014 Nissan Rogue Purchase

I came to the dealership looking for a lower priced vehicle for my budget but was extremely impressed by the 2014 Nissan Rogue that had only 55k miles and only had one owner, so even though it was a bit more than I planned on spending I think I couldn't have gotten a better deal on a late model, safe and reliable vehicle. Rachel was my salesperson and although she still seemed to be learning she didn't hesitate to say she didn't know something and take the time to research it and provide the right answer. The management and finance staff were pleasant and personable. The selection of vehicles is huge. So huge that they drive you around the lot in a golf cart, which was perfect for me given the fact that I have back and knee issues. They allowed me to take the vehicle to a mechanic to have it checked out before I bought it and fixed the one minor repair needed before I purchased it. I didn't feel forced nor pressured into buying the highest priced vehicle. Based on how my vehicle holds up, I would return and purchase again and recommend them to others.

A+ Service

Great customer service from every employee at Suburban Ford Of Sterling Heights. My sales man Derek, did a great job getting me into the truck I wanted. Friendly and Efficient!!

I recently had to cancel an extended warranty that I purchased from Suburban Ford. Not really knowing the process that I had to follow, I contacted Tom MacPherson, who kindly referred me to Steve Movsesian. Steve had everything all set for me when I walked into his office and had me in and out of the dealership in about 5 minutes. That is what I call great service!! Thank you Tom and Steve!!!
