This dealership went above and BEYOND for me and my husband we were in a sticky situation with trying to get out of our lease, Derek Britton and his manger Tim were AMAZING they helped us so much. We defiantly put them through xxxx trying to get a new our new car but they jumped threw hoops for us and we are so thankful for them!! Never going anywhere else but here!!

I can't say enough about Vito, He went over and above making sure that everything went smoothly. He kept me updated regarding when my 2019 Escape Titanium would be ready. He made me feel like family. This dealer has the most clueless, useless employees at any dealership. They will constantly call and email but will not answer simple questions. Chelsea Udell who isn't listed is beyond terrible. Go to any other Ford dealer and you will be better off

Mike LaRose helped us find a great reliable 2014 Focus for our daughter’s first car. He was very patient with a very picky Mom and everyone we talked to at Suburban was a step above the other dealerships I visited. Thanks Mike we’ll be back for our next car for sure!

Having settled with used Ford Fusion price at $18023, we went to finish the deal driving 50 miles one way and to our surprise we were told after reaching there with appointment at 6pm that the vehicle is on hold. Can't they tell me early? I was talking to Joanna Cami as late as 4pm. Why should I drive 50 miles one way wasting an hour. We were asked to bring a check for this amount drawn to the great "Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights" and we did take the check. We had to quit work 1 hour early to get the check before the bank closed and we drove all the way another hour to hear this. We drove back another hour to get home. We end up paying a fee for Cashier Check. We took insurance just 15 minutes before AAA closed to the day and took all that was necessary as per the sales person by name Joanna Cami. What a great place for surprise! Don't trust these people.

Rachel is by far thee best. My son and I had the pleasure working with Rachel while on the lookout for a car for my son. After 2 weeks of test driving and visiting many dealerships later, Rachel found the perfect car for my son. There was no pressure or pushing to buy a car. We simply went in, Rachel greated us, we shared with her what we were looking for. She directed us to many cars she thought he may like. We checked out as many cars as we wanted with no one following us around and putting us under pressure. Once we found the cars we wanted to test drive, Rachel would pull it up and we got to drive...alone. This is a big deal for me because I like to look at cars and test drive them without someone constantly in my ear selling me the car before I even know if it's something I like. We are so very happy with our purchase and will go see Rachel again.

Rachel was a great sales person. She was very friendly and was quick to get pricing and close for us. We would come here again.
