Purchased here several times in the past. The facility is always clean and well staffed. The sales associates I worked with have been very accommodating. There was no, "sales pitch". I told them what I want d, what I could afford, and my sales guy made it happen. I bought my car through Antinio Vultaggio, and my wife bought her car through Joe Franzoni. Both were awesome. Highly recommend.

I will happily recommend this dealership to friends and business acquaintances. I have been driving luxury cars for many years but my new Ford Escape has me converted! So much fun to drive, peppy and comfortable.

I have been going to the Ford of Sterling Heights dealership for over 20 years. It has changed owners and names over the years, but now that it is run by Suburban, it is always a great experience whenever I take my car in for service. With past owners, it always ended up being a frustrating experience. I really enjoy the fact that they employee women Service Consultants. My most recent visit for an oil change, Jaclyn Camardo, took the initiative to get a transmission tech to look at my car so I wouldn't have to bring it back on another day and take additional time off from work. She even got me out of the service department in less than 3 hours. I was very thankful for her thoughtfulness. They have recently remodeled their service department and the improvements makes for a very a great experience from the time you meet with a Service Consultant until you pick-up your car. An extra perk, they always give my car a wash before returning it to me. I would highly recommend taking your car for service to Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights. It is very refreshing to receive such great customer service!
