I came to Suburban Ford to test drive a Jeep Wrangler. I was met by Alexis who was immediately radically hospitable, personable and a joy to work with. Jacob was great at selling me my mustang. I bought it for my husband an because I had to way to get the car home, Jacob drove the car to my house and I drove him back to the dealer. Such a nice guy , helpful as well. This is my 2nd car from Suburban and I would buy another from Jacob again

Mike helped me trade my Raptor and get a new F150 Tremor, which I absolutely love. The entire experience with Mike as well as the Finance Manager was informative, fun, and mutually beneficial. I'll be back to buy my Mach 1. This dealership is the best of any Ford dealer I have shopped at in the area. It's no nonsense, the staff are professional, and they are not arrogant. My experience at other Ford dealerships in the metro Detroit area almost completely soured me on the brand. As long as Ford of Ferndale keeps it up, I'll be a customer for life.

Service manager from xxxx! Doesn’t answer calls. Doesn’t listen when you do get through. Doesn’t do anything that’s asks. Rudest man! I honestly have no idea how he has a job still. If you want to be ignored, overcharged and treated like trash he is the man for you! If you like to be treated like an adult and shown respect search elsewhere and away from him!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at suburban Ford Ferndale! (Used Cars) The salesman Chris made me feel extremely comfortable and he wasn’t the typical sales person I didn’t feel any pressure. Everything went smoothly it actually went better than I expected. Kevin the finance man was also the same I have been to dealerships before where they try to pressure you to buy extra stuff I didn’t get any of that there the transaction was smooth and easy. He even found me better financing which was unexpected I went in there thinking my car note would be a certain amount and it was actually lower than I expected I was thrilled! my next car will be with them as well I would absolutely recommend going to them without a doubt!
