I brought my vehicle in to Suburban Ford for service and the technician found significant issues with my vehicle. The Service Manager, Brandon took the time to personally take me to my vehicle and show me what was wrong. Because of this I felt they were honest and not trying to sell me work that I did not need. Because of how I was treated I will be back.

Andrew has made this whole experience a nightmare. He is impossible to get a hold of. He is not honest about prices. I spent thousands to replace "rusty" parts, replaced the whole transmission, and my car is again acting up exactly the same as it was before. I spent 3 months waiting to get my car fixed, I've had it back home barely a week. He is constantly jerking you around. One day they are waiting for parts and the next they have already given them away. I will be reporting this business.

Moe was highly recommended to us by our neighbor.We shopped at several dealerships and never felt as pleased as we were with Moe.He was every bit as helpful as our neighbor said he would be.We live in Saint Clair Shores but he made it worth driving the extra distance .
