Chris was awesome to work with through the entire sales process. I contacted him early in the week and we got a time setup for a test drive quickly. He wasn't pushy, answered all of my questions and helped us greatly through the purchase. He even helped us with an update that was needed on the trucks infotainment system. Can't say enough good things! He even helped me setup the first service appointment and gave me advice on maintenance. Highly recommend!

Found this dealership and 2009 Ford Escape they had listed by accident when looking for a good vehicle on a tight budget. Within 10 minutes of sending my contact info I received a call. My salesman was very friendly, helpful and professional. He followed up first thing the next morning with a great video of the vehicle and provided answerers to all of the questions I had the night before. Because of the great service I immediately came in for a test drive. The vehicle was just as they said. And, the experience while in signing paperwork was great too. Very friendly staff, beautiful building, everyone wearing a facemask and using sanitizer. Am 51 and I've found this to be the best all around experience buying a vehicle of which was mainly because of the best salesman I've I've met. Thank you

The people at the dealership were friendly and helpful. I was able to buy my used vehicle with ease and at a fair price. My only complaint is that I could not leave a deposit and complete the sale at a later date. The staff was accommodating. They drove my new vehicle to my house. That was very helpful.

I bought a used car as-is which needed some work. Their service department gave me bad info on the issues. Then they sold me a warranty that my car wasn’t eligible for. I have spent two weeks trying to verify coverage, one week asking them to fix the issue. I have ended up paying just as much for half the coverage. They didn’t respond to messages or information in a timely manner and argued with me about there being an issue at all. It turned out the company voided the warranty because Suburban Ford failed to provide correct info and work with me to fix it.

Purchased a used vehicle as-is. It needed some work so I asked them to have their service department look at it. They told me bad info on the issues. I bought a warranty but the warranty never got activated. I spent a week trying to find out why, then another week trying to get them to fix the issues. The the vehicle wasn’t eligible for warranty terms that they sold me. I ended up paying nearly the same cost for half the coverage. I called, emailed, and texted daily for a week only to end up here.

I found my perfect vehicle . Very nice and informed salesman. Ralph made sure I was able to afford buying this wonderful Loaded Dodge Ram! Finance was great helping get into this truck working with my budget.
