Suburban doesn't care about you or the car you purchase....

Suburban doesn't care about you or the car you purchase. I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma from Suburban Ford of Ferndale. I worked with Mark Burushko as my sales rep. When working with him he said the truck was great they had Toyota people in to look over the truck when they got it. On the surface everything seemed good about the truck so I purchased it. Within the first couple days of owning it, I had a heat shield fall off, no big deal, it happens. I contact their service department and they tell me to bring it in and they'll see what they can do. After waiting at the service department they told me there wasn't anything they can do for me. Then after owning it for a week, a power steering line blew and caused me to lose power steering over an hour away from my house. I had to stand in front of the dealership and talk on the phone with Brad Rummer for half an hour to get them to even agree to pay some part of the repairs. In the end they did pay for the entire repair, but I was out $250 for towing it there. Now after owning the vehicle for one month it has a transmission fluid leak. By this point I had such a sour taste in my mouth I just took it to a Toyota dealership to have it looked it. They saw the transmission leak but also discovered $5,000 worth of suspension work that needed to be completed and discovered a few codes relating to the suspension that had been cleared previously. I've only driven this vehicle a couple hundred miles at most at this point, this dealership doesn't care about the quality of cars they sell you and it's like pulling teeth to get them to acknowledge that they sold you a car they never did their due diligence on.

great help

Not purchasing a vehicle with them, but they were gracious the entire way. Will visit them in the future. i enjoyed the entire xperience with the dealer.

my car wouldn't start.I'm sick and couldn't get my car to the dealer.my car was towed in and I did all my transation over the phone.fix my car at the end of the day.back at my house by 5:00.Just very thankful for all the help. Andrew and Michael..team helps all the time..Thanks

I am VERY happy with Moe ans Suburban Ford

I was looking for a truck and met Moe. He was patient, thorough and kind. I would recommend Moe and Suburban Ford to anyone! I will be back to do future business with Moe and Suburban at lease-end

Excellent sales person. I have been recommending Moe to everyone in my family and will only go to Moe because he gets to the point and is really helpful. No traps, no lies, no false advertisement and that’s what i look for in a sales person as I’m under a lot of stress when searching for a vehicle. The last thing i need is someone to make finding a vehicle difficulty especially in short timing. I highly recommend him for your next vehicle search!

Sold me a car without a owners manual even thou there was one in the glove box the night before when we looked at it plus the fog lights on my fusion were kicked out or broke out not happy only quarter tank of gas even thou I drove 2 hours to buy it
