He was very condescending and patronizing. My first experience over the summer was the same way however, I felt possibly he was having a bad day. Except I was treated the same way on my return visit. I will no longer be servicing my vehicle at this dealership.

Called on a Dodge Dakota. Asked John Tocco to check the truck for rust because we were coming from 45 minutes away and didn't want to waste time and gas for a rust bucket. He called back, told us it was Mint, NO rust, just a little paint peeling off the bumper. Take the trip and find rust on the driver side box. John tells us to sand it down and add flares! WTH??! Try calling to talk to a manager, get some woman who blew off my complaint saying she'd get another salesman to sell me a different truck because there's 40 other trucks out there, don't buy that 1. Now they're calling and texting non stop. We are VERY DISSATISFIED!! Will never go back or send anyone else there

Mark was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. Also provided me with all the info I needed to make for a smooth transaction. Will definitely be back for my next car.

What a joke. After talking on phone with salesperson the previous night,drove 25 miles to look at 2 cars. When I got there and looked at first car, the door panel nearly fell out and I couldn't even close back the door, then I asked about the other available car and was told it was sold. 50 mile round trip Ridiculous.

Bruce is awesome! Walked in without knowing him and his style and he brought out the car I purchased. Every time I come in for service, he speaks with me and asks how my car is doing and how many miles I have on it now. I would recommend him to anyone asking for a great salesman.
