Suburban Ford of Ferndale

I came into suburban ford not knowing a single thing what was needed serviced on. Thanks to Mike, we figured out all the problems on my vehicle & reassured me that everything was going to be okay & taken care of to just sit back & relax. I’ve been to plenty of auto car places & being taken care of by Mike made me never want to take my vehicle somewhere else. Mark Borushko was extremely helpful and easy going. The whole process went very smooth and Kevin Maples was quick to get everything processed. Definitely one of my best car buying experiences.

Whether due to age or just normal routine wear, Blaise does an outstanding job with taking care of the customer and looking out for their best interest, and the best options in terms of dollars. She gets involved with the technicians to understand the problems and repairs needed, and she communicates that information to the owners in a way they can understand. I would highly recommend. Blaize. We live in Troy and while there are many other options closer in terms of service, we drive to Ferndale and ask for Blaize. I have a Ford 150, and one of my tires was losing air, the service center of the dealership where I purchase my truck come to find out is not open on Saturday, so I was a little concern because I was going out of town, so I did a Google search, and found Suburban Ford of Ferndale, and at this dealership was a wonderful young lady by the name of Blaize Bailey! This young lady's customer service was Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, she made me feel very comfortable, and the reason I say this is because I thought that because I purchase my truck at a different dealership that I wouldn't get any service but low and behold Blaize told be that they are always open on Saturday and that she would be more than happy to help me, and she was. I just want to say that there are a lot of dealerships out here and what set's one apart from the rest great customer service and that is what you have in Miss Blaize Bailey. Wow. That's all I can say. From start to finish, my experience with this dealership was fantastic. Friendly, laid back and trust worthy. Even just those 3 qualities have me complete confidence to purchase my new (to me) truck. A special shout out to Tye Gibson my sales rep, Ralph Geary who initially helped me as I walked through the door. Kevin, for the financial side and Alexis who set this whole thing up over the phone.
