Travi's was very helpful and friendly. After se purchased the car,He gave a quick lesson on the controls and Bluetooth and we were off quickly.

Excellent Service
The Service Department was prompt, professional and courteous. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Michael Miller, Service technician. He estimated the length of waiting time very accurately. He answered my many questions with accuracy and patience. I would recommend not just the Service Department at Honda of Nanuet but also any other service that they provide.

Check Engine Light
My check engine light came on for the 3rd time in 6 weeks. The service department was as upset as I was. They check w=everything again and finally was able to spot a wire that needed to be replaced.

Great team
After a long two weeks of training near Canada, losing my friend/fellow soldier and missing my family. I lost my keys to my car. I didn't realize this until I got to my car that was parked in Orangeburg NY. After all the training and heart ache I was feeling devastated. I had the car towed to DCH Honda of Nanuet. I made it there at 3:50pm on a Sunday. The parts department closes at 4pm. A woman by the name of Lisa DiZenzo saw me in uniform got on the loud speaker and said no one leaves until this guy gets what he needs. The crew at DCH didn't not hesitate. The level of professionalism and the dedication had me speechless. To Lisa and the guys in the parts department, oh and the lady in the cashiers desk lol thank you guys I'm for ever in your debt. I live in Manhattan but I know I will always be a loyal customer taking the ride up to DCH Honda.

Accurate and friendly service
My appointment for oil change and radiator flush was performed accurately . The piston rings were checked and I was told there was no problem with leakage. I have always found the service department to be friendly and informative.
