Joe is Service is Awesome

Joe always goes above and beyond in the Service Department. On my recent visit, a very busy Monday morning he was one of only two Service Advisors working(Joe and Dominick a third gentleman walked around doing not much of anything.) Joe had a line waiting for him. He was pleasant, helpful and very accommodating.

Fair prices, reliable service

We have always used Honda to service all three of the cars we have bought there. We are often asked why by our friends and my repsonse is the same: They provide prompt courteous service at resoanble prices. I'd add that if my wife is taken care of, it provides us both with piece of mind.

Service Department was great. They even brought my car back inside. I assume they saw my handicap sign and were being polite but it scored great points in my book!

Accomodating service visit.

Brought van for replacement air bag recall. Intended to drop off at night for them to work on next day. The service manager offered, since they only had one car being serviced at the time, to replace it almost immediately instead. I waited less than an hour and took my Honda home that night! Great option. Went into the showroom to ask about the CRV while I was waiting. Unfortunately, that salesman was not really enthusiastic or knowledgeable about the CRV vs. other cars I was considering. In fact, when the work on my Odyssey was finished, I got more helpful information from the service manager than I did the salesman. I'll go back there to test drive a CRV but will avoid the salesman I dealt with the evening of my service.
