First impression

My car was serviced on 10/08/2015 @ 4:30pm. Mike LaTerra was very professional and friendly. His smile said it all "Welcome to Honda, how can we help you" then the spoken words followed. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you again Mike!

Positive and friendly

Anthony was very friendly and accommodating the dealership itself was very comfortable. Ben the sales manager was very helpful when I had questions as well.

ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY

I am now one years old as a DCH customer. I am greatful for Lisa DiZenzo, Mark Stephenson & Mike. I purchased my car and solely took my car to DCH NANUET for services. Lisa has put me rentals, assisted with road side service and makes sure I am okay. Despite my many complaints of the car itself having several issues. Lisa always takes time to listen to my concerns and even has the mechanics speak with me directly. Thanks for a great year Lisa and Mark. I am one years old.IF I KEEP THIS VEHICLE, it will ONLY be because I know you and Mark will help me when needed. You guys rock. BT

Customer service is everything

I went in for my yearly inspection. Everyone was so friendly & professional. They even pulled my car up me when I was leaving. I would go back again.

Everything was fine, there was a little bit of a miss communication in getting approval to have work done. When I called to see if my car was ready, at least an hour after they said it would be done, they said it wasn't done and was waiting for approval. I think they forgot about it, when I think they should have tried harder to get in touch with me. I then had to wait longer to get my car back. Plus I think the parts and labor are very expensive.

I went into Honda becuase I wanted a new car Dave worked with me to get me In the car he's a great salesman and very attentive. I would recommend him to anyone getting a car can be a slow process but he made easier on me. Maria in financing was also great she had a great personality and help me out. Thanks again guys.
