Great Experience

I recently purchased a new CRV. Bob King took great care of me. Very professional and thorough. He found the the car with the options I wanted at another dealer and got it for me promptly. Highly recommend him and the team at Nanuet Honda.

bad service

Called a day before and the person Told me would be free to check whats wrong with a oil leak since my car is still under powertrain warranty then when i come in the man told me would be 125 dollars to check. So i drove 30min to this place for nothing.

Service may be good. Price not at all happy.

I went in for a oil change, I was told that i am due for a 90K service 87449 actual reading. I said OK. Then it came out for some more work brake pads & timing belt. The total came out to 1999$. When i went in there the total with taxes came to 2100$ odd, When i presented the discount coupon of 15% off and the timing belt discount. The service rep said that he has taken out discounts off already and the 15% does not apply to the 90k mileage. The coupon doesn't mention that it does not apply to 90k service. The sales rep did help by reducing 60-70$ but i felt like being cheated because of their policy of not accepting coupons. Also the list and the net price showed same so i am not sure how much was taken off the top. This is the last time i am going to this Honda dealership for service or for buying cars.

A Great Car Buying Experience

I took delivery of a 2015 Pilot EX on 9/3/14. This is my third new Honda from this dealer location and can say that the DCH Honda of Nanuet NY team is well integrated. Information on products and finance was accurate and timely. Special thanks to the well coordinated team of David Murphy (Sales), Christine Keough (Online sales), Matt Sacks (Sales) and Madison Miranda (Finance) for smoothly handling the showing, negotiating, closing and delivery of vehicle during a busy 2014 Labor Day Holiday weekend. The delivered vehicle was impeccably prepared and was accompanied Dave Murphy's impressive command of the vehicle's features and helpful lessons learned. I will be replacing my spouse's 2009 Honda CRV in a few years and will start the search at DCH Honda of Nanuet.

Great job all around

First time honda buyer. Initially came to dealership due to add for honda odyssey. I was met by a friendly gentleman at desk who introduced me to Neil. Neil was aware of the add and showed me the car, which was a more basic model than I was looking for. I then wanted to see the next step up. At no time did Neil try to push me towards the more expensive car. After selecting the car and color the paperwork was done quickly. Neil also helped me with the misplaced title for my trade-in. I will be back again when looking for another car. Oh yeah, my family loves our new odyssey!

Great service, decent people.

This was my second purchase (2015 Honda Fit) at DCH Honda of Nanuet and I couldn't be more pleased. Dave Murphy was great to work with. A great listener, Dave didn't apply any high pressure tactics, he heard what I had to say and we took it from there. Easy, pleasant. There was an issue with getting the vehicle (which had nothing to do with the dealership) - Dave called me sometimes twice a week with updates. He has great follow up skills and over the course of waiting for the car we developed a great working friendship - rare these days. He even preset my radio and Bluetooth. Excellent! Rick Kara was also great to work with. Thorough and attentive, he went out of his way to get me a good rate and explain the financial details. No high pressure here either. All in all, these two gentlemen made me feel like a friend instead of a consumer while making the purchase of my vehicle smooth, easy, even fun. Thank you Honda of Nanuet.

DON"T BUY USED VEHICLES FROM HERE

We had gone to get an used vehicle from this dealership, couple of months ago and we really feel that they RIPPED us off with their high pricing and its just not that, their warranty is also a RIP OFF!!! Just one advice to anyone buying used vehicles from here, BEAWARE!!! They are very focused on newer vehicles but when it come to older, they will RIP YOU OFF!!! Save yourself the time and hassle, go else where to buy used Honda Vehicles!!!

Worked Hard to make it happen

Me & my mom went in to shop for a Honda Civic, we got paired up with Mark Stephenson, At first it was quite a hassle considering the low credit scores me and my om had, But they made it happen and didn't take no for an answer, Very grateful for the friendly, professional, and kind service we received.

Highly Personable with Excellent Customer Service

My mother and I were looking around for a car for me to lease. I had driven several different models of Hondas that day. By far the Honda Accord Ex was the best choice of all. Travis was a great sales man and highly personable delivering excellent customer service. When it came to wrapping things up Rocco in Finance was highly knowledgeable and made the process of financing the car pleasant. He was very detailed oriented and thorough throughout the leasing process. I would highly recommend buying a car from Honda of Nanuet. Friendly service - Best price

I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey from DCH Honda of Nanuet. Salesman Bob King was friendly and knowledgeable with no "high pressure" sales tactics. Bob told me that DCH of Nanuet would meet any price I was able to find. I did my homework and came up with some good prices from Rockland/Westchester dealers. While Nanuet didn't offer me the best price immediately they did what they said and met the best price I was able to find. Bob was a pleasure to deal with. He saw to all the details and was punctual and efficient. I would recommend DCH Honda of Nanuet and be sure to see Bob King.
