The service was top notch.

The service was top notch. I was using another dealer, and decided to switch to Arnold. The advisers, including Zach, are polite, informative, and patient. I was shocked when I was told my car was ready after such a short time. Zero stress. I would gladly give 6 stars. The only Chevy dealer I will go to, now!!

I have been buying my cars from Arnold since 1986.

I have been buying my cars from Arnold since 1986. Four cars in all, my current car purchased in 2022. . The service center is one of the reasons I always go to this dealer. They are fast, courteous, and reliable.

They told me the bill would be over $1,100 to change

They told me the bill would be over $1,100 to change eight wires and eight plugs and one coil, I told him I had that work done just last summer the coils were all good the wires were all good and the plugs were all good I only needed one wire plug and coil changed they then charged me $900 for that one I objected to that still wound up paying over $600 for one wire coil and a plug, ask for your pricing before you do anything when you walk into this dealership

Our salesman, Joshua, was very nice. He was informative and knowledgeable about the Equinox and about the promotions in place. And, he wasn’t pushy at all. Couldn’t be happier with him or the manager who finalized our purchase.
