The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.

He helped to make the purchase process go very smoothly. Post-purchase, I was equally impressed with Encore Delivery Specialist Joseph who provided my son and I an extensive overview and explanation of the vehicle’s specific and many great features. This was an enormous help! Joseph was very patient with any/all questions. I highly recommend this dealership, appreciate their informative and reassuring approach to vehicle purchases, and thank Adrian and Joseph in particular for being supportive with very helpful information. On a scale of 1-10, my experience was a 10-plus!
