McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

Jenkins Hyundai of LeesburgReviews
Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg review
This message is for the General Manager: I was in your facility this last Saturday to have my 2023 Santa Fe serviced. During that time, I met with Tony, and ultimately his manager Tom Van. I had had a really bad week since my partner of 30 years had just been diagnosed with ALS, and I was trying to reduce some of our financial obligations in light of her medical future. They were both very understanding, kind and helpful , and after significant time had the grace to work with me for lowering our monthly payment on a new car. I cannot thank them enough, or express my. Gratitude for their understanding and help. I believe this is our 6th Hyundai. Thank you, and them, from the bottom of my heart!

AutoNation Honda ColumbusReviews
AutoNation Honda Columbus review
JaMorris helped us a Friday afternoon and was patient as we test drove the 2 cars we had it narrowed down to. He gave good info about the different models and trims to compare things to. We went to a few other dealers for test drives but really liked the Honda we had driven and felt like it was the best value. Came back on Saturday knowing which model (Pilot) and JaMorris showed us the different options on the lot and we found the right one! Color, trim, interior, etc. was great. The finance officer was friendly and not overbearing. He asked about our driving habits and really discouraged some items instead of pressuring us. We are pleased with our Pilot and this was the best car buying experience I've had in 50 years.

AutoNation Honda Covington Pike review
My experience at AutoNation Honda Covington Pike, Tn was an easy process. My salesman, Joshua, and Carl, in finance, went above and beyond to make sure that I was well informed in all aspects of buying my car. I appreciate Carl?s and Joshua?s knowledge of the cars, as well as informing me on the details and distinctions between the types of civics on hand. Their knowledge helped me make the right choice for me. Carl also informed about warranties and extended warranties and I was able to add what I needed from Honda Care.

Economy Honda was very responsive to my initial online inquiries. My visit to the dealership was equally useful with no attempt to force a buy, simply good information and knowledgeable answers . Bottomline, we bought a car that day.
2026 Honda HR-V review
Previous ownership of Honda vehicles because of their reliability. It' the number reason for this purchase. The HR-V is perfect for my wife and I as it's affordable to operate and maintain, comfortable size wise, simplistic in its design and features. So many vehicles just have too many electronic extras that just are not needed or even used. Love the clean design and fit and finish of the interior components, dash, panels, trim and seats etc. It's Honda reliability, a nice car for the price.

Anshuman Kaimal was the sales consultant and was friendly and didn’t pressure us. They all stayed late to finish the purchase. I had pre negotiated the price (got a great deal) and even though there was a slight misunderstanding, they gave me the benefit of doubt by honoring my understanding of the deal. Second purchase from this dealer and would highly recommend. Do your homework and come prepared to buy because they are willing to work with you.

AutoNation Honda ChandlerReviews
AutoNation Honda Chandler review
My wife Adriana and I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot from AutoNation Honda Chandler, and although our experience had a few bumps along the way, we genuinely appreciate the effort their team put into making things right. I initially spoke with Andrew on Friday, and when we arrived on Saturday, Isaac stepped in and helped us through the purchasing process. We appreciated his time and assistance. We traveled from Sierra Vista expecting to bring the Pilot home, but unfortunately, there were several mechanical and cosmetic concerns that still needed attention. This meant leaving the vehicle at the dealership and eventually making another trip to the Phoenix area to pick it up, which was a little frustrating considering the distance. However, we really appreciated that the dealership provided us with a loaner vehicle while our Pilot was being worked on. That was a thoughtful gesture that made the situation much easier. Their service department also put considerable time and effort into addressing nearly everything they had agreed to fix, including some significant repairs. Of course, we wish the vehicle had been fully prepared before our purchase, and clearer communication along the way would have made the experience smoother. But we also believe it's important to recognize when a business makes a genuine effort to address concerns. We've had our Pilot home for a few days now, and we're happy with our purchase! We're grateful to Andrew, Isaac, and the service team for their help and for the work that went into getting everything taken care of. Thank you, AutoNation Honda Chandler! We appreciate your efforts and look forward to making many good memories with our Pilot.

Toyota of Coconut CreekReviews
Toyota of Coconut Creek review
Dealership service appointments can often be stressful, especially when your car breaks down out of nowhere and leaves you feeling helpless. Working with Tazz completely turned that experience around. Tazz was incredibly kind, understanding, and proactive. Her communication was absolute perfection—before I could even think of a question to ask, she had already explained exactly what happened to my vehicle, what was needed to fix it, and gave me a clear, straightforward breakdown of the total cost. On top of that, knowing I still needed to work, she arranged a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be stranded or fall behind on my schedule. She truly looks out for her customers. Whatever service or repairs our Toyotas need in the future, Tazz will always be the very first person we reach out to. Thank you, Tazz!

Great experience from Collin Joe Chris and Bill Miller. Each was focused more on us than the sale of the car. Very smooth. Daughter bought two fords!

Computer system update to cruise control, with listed programming time of 20 minutes. Dealer offered a loaner car, which I declined as I hoped total experience wouldn't exceed two hours. From time that "mandatory inspection of vehicle was completed" until required update was accomplished was 50 minutes, with total time at dealership as three hours. A little longer than anticipated BUT didn't require a second trip. Tesla computer updates are able to be done at home. Is Honda working on similar tech?
