Had the vehicle, 23 Kona Electric, for 10K service. It took about an hour to complete. I had a small seem rip on the driver's seat which is covered by my warranty. I was very happy with this service interval and the staff was very professional.

Last visit I dealt with Fran, who was polite & professional. The previous visit, I dealt with Joe, the manager. He was very aggressive & condescending, which I felt was because I'm a woman. I've been a loyal Hyundai customer for many years & I should be spoken to appropriately. I hope I never have to deal with him again.
