I would never recommend this dealership to any one. I was sold a car with issues and they refused to do anything because I did not purchase a warranty. Warranty or not you take care of your customers. I should have turned around and walked out.

My fiancé and my experience with Great Lakes was easily 11/10! From the open communication that we received immediately after inquiring, to the seamless all digital signing process, and wrapped up with them driving the car to us (3.5hrs away in a different state!) to exchange for our trade, we highly recommend their dealership for purchasing a vehicle! Special shout out to our salesperson, Brandon Feltner, for the customer service you rarely see today. We'll have to make a trip out to say hello, and introduce our newborn!
