DO NOT go to this place. I went to this dealer on 8/16/26 two weeks ago. To trade in a car and buy a car for listed on their website for $15k. I was in communication with them from the Friday prior. Gave them all the information on my car and the Stock# of the car ai wanted to buy. They the sales representative running back and forth with numbers, instead of us seating with the financial Manager in his office to go over these numbers. I was in the building for about 5 hours. I went with a pre-approval from Chase Bank. Chase Bank preferred dealer. (Chase they don't care about you) They still run my credit with another bank Capital One Bank. With a higher interest rate and more years to payoff the loan. In the end I was saying that I need to go home I am here long enough, and the guy said I will throw in tires and wheel for free. Tell me why I look at my paperwork to see Tires and Wheel $1k and they add it to price of the car. Prior to noticing this I brought the car back there two to fix, because I was hearing noise and both wipers were broken. And the noise still exists. Instead of fixing the problem they switched the back to front. (Smh, Can't make these things up). On 8/26/26, I took back the car and got my car back. THE LIES THEY TELL AT THIS PLACE, THEY CAN'T KEEP UP. They took me my car was not on site. I see my car list on there website for 5 times my trade-in amount and "car on site" I check the VIN#. Upon pickup my car, he proceeded to show me he had sold my car for less than my trade-in but he had to cancel the sale due to me wanting the car back. I said but sir that paperwork is date today 8/26/26. I was there early today and you didn't tell me the car was sold, you told me the car wasn't on the premise you will need 20 minutes to get it on site. They make me pay $700 and change to get my car back. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. By the way the General Manager of Sunrise Chevrolet in Forest Hill gave me the idea to make a review. "I don't care if you write a review or go on social media". Well sir I took your advice, I hope you love it!

Never deal with Elias and the used car Manager . I was there for a 2020 Hyundai Elantra SE. They offered me $11,200, I agreed, and I even paid $200 for an inspection to move things along. We shook hands on it. Then Elias walks back over and says sorry the price is $11,900. I was taken a back, he told me to get out. flat out disrespected me over a deal we’d already agreed on. This guy is rude, deals in bad faith, and will waste your time. They took my inspection money and went back on a handshake. Been to plenty of dealerships and never dealt with someone like Elias. Avoid him and avoid this place.

They were fully transparent with all information and the detailed pictures helped us arrive at our decision to proceed with the vehicle even though we weren’t local. Nearly all of the details were ironed out even before we arrived and no surprises the day of. Special appreciation to Roland, Abraham, Jessica and Greg who assisted us through this process
