So, for some reason I thought I was communicating Diego.
So, for some reason I thought I was communicating Diego. Not Jorge. Not sure what happened there. Picked up car fine. Delivered it after I told Diego I had to call to find out what the issue was, I received no call regarding dropping car back off at my place. Little no communication. Porsche sends me a video from tech. A call from service folks to go over. Just not a very well run business right now. This is not just Naples it is fort Myers who is worse. And Minneapolis was poor. Just seems like the leadership of these cars is poor

He escorted me to the Service desk where Peter thoughtfully took care of paperwork and getting my GV80 serviced quickly with great results! It's always a positive experience getting my vehicle serviced!

I leave in West Palm and this was a first ever deal over the phone. Tony was a gentlemen. My wife and I took the two and a half hr each way drive to Naples after we practically close the deal by phone and I didn't regret. The car was perfect and Tony was the perfect salesman. Jacob was great: very professional and knowledgeable throughout our interactions. Also, interactions with the dealership over the past several years has been excellent. Workarounds during building updates being handled well. One year+ ago service interaction was resolved. Don’t know if that service rep is still with the firm.
