I want to share my experience of purchasing a vehicle recently from Genesis of Naples; the staff as a whole were friendly, professional and I did not feel any sales pressure. I’d like to give a shout out to Michael Johnson ,the sales rep. who I dealt with mostly; he was pleasant , forthright and always responsive in a timely manner during our negotiations. Jason was extremely responsive to dealing with us from Saratoga Springs New York. We almost bought in person in April while living there. Everything went well and jason orchestrated the pickup of our new car, and we received it 3 days later as planned. Look forward to meeting Jason in October when back in Naples
