When I had a recent issue with my Genesis, Steve
When I had a recent issue with my Genesis, Steve Kalinowski in sales and CJ in the service department were awesome to work with. Getting it in for service right away, the car was fixed while I was out of town and didn't have a need for it. Communication was very professional, timely and truly professional. This time around was a great experience.

Absolutely not a luxury car dealership experience. Does anyone care about service performance of a luxury vehicle dealership experience? My 4th experience for service and repairs. Leaving messages and no response from service department. Car is never cleaned inside. My worst luxury car dealership experience ever compared to previous luxury car dealerships.
