Promised loaner when needed when I bought the GV70 in
Promised loaner when needed when I bought the GV70 in 12/22. Now air conditioning blew out, car not ready for over a month, and no loaner….Had to rent a car and now THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR THE RENTAL…TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WOULD NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP….

The dealership is overwhelmed.
The dealership is overwhelmed. This is my first major repair experience (other than oil changes). It was a disaster. I smelled gas in the cab of the car and outside. In the end, it was determined that I needed a new fuel line. BUT IT TOOK ELEVEN DAYS BEFORE THEY EVEN LOOKED AT IT. No loaners available so I had to use Enterprise car rental. I received misinformation (or no information) from the service advisor multiple times. Tried to call to get a status update and the phone just rang and rang and eventually disconnected (multiple times). I had to go there in person to find out what was happening. Far from the "Genesis Experience" that was sold when I bought the car.

Awesome from start to finish. Drew was great. Definitely was an easy buying process. Car was delivered clean and Drew took his time explaining all the features the car had to offer.
