No body answers the phone, must wait too long to make an appointment. No loaner cars available. Service writer had no personality. However the dealership is under construction. Still no excuse!

Pick up and service was as promised.

Pick up and service was as promised. Was disappointed that a vehicle wash was not done as agreed to when vehicle was purchased. Also Tc service advisor would not respond to two days of text messages about the wash! Overall very poor customer focus.

It would have been five stars but one of my issues was

It would have been five stars but one of my issues was not corrected. The steering wheel makes a noise when turning. I was to it was lubricated and corrected. I still have the same problem!
