We came in to just look.
We came in to just look. Vinnie Incorvaia came up to us asking if he could help. We looked at car that didn't work for us. He took his time with us and showed us other cars. When we found one , Vinnie worked with us to get the best deal he could give us. He was very professional and easy to work with. No high pressure at all. He also helped with our trade which was out of state. He shipped our trade to FL and shipped our new car to our home. Very smooth deal all around. Would deal with him again

I think all dealers lie about having loaner cars.
I think all dealers lie about having loaner cars. They tell you yes and then don't have anywhere the time comes. My service was satisfactory but my car was given back to me unwashed and in the same dirty way it was brought in. I always got a car wash with any luxury car I brought for service. Theses cars are not treated like luxury cars. That is a big problem for Genesis. Ser vice needs to pick up a bit and be more accomodating.
