Came in at closing with a leaking tire. Could not be fixed and fortunately you had 1 in stock. Service lead and mechanic stayed overtime to replace the tire. Exceptional customer service! Thanks to the team for putting the customer 1st. It’s my first Genesis after owning Mercedes, BMW and Porsche and it’s perfect.

was not able to get my car in for service on the dates i wanted. Also no vehicles available. My car wad in service for 3 weeks. I had to rent a car, pay for it and have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund. Dealership should have rented the car for me.

Performance uneven.
Performance uneven. Felt like I was thrown out of a bar when I stopped to ask about an oil change. On another occasion , I had to beg/fight for a loaner when car not ready late on a Friday PM. Some advisors, like Peter Franks, are outstanding.
