I bought a blue certified truck with a 14 day return policy and they will not honor it or return my calls. Adam the salesman was great, but the management is subpar. I even tried to just buy a different one and they won’t return my calls.

I'm a 69 year old female, purchasing a car for the first time on my own! The sales guy was friendly and helpful. Got what I thought was a fairly good deal. I purchased it about a month ago and within the first week it had to go in for an issue, luckily it was under warranty. They had it in the shop for a week. Now not so sure I don't have another issue.

Very unfriendly; extremely pushy and uncaring......they didn't even put the temporary plate on my Jeep, which i didn't realize about it once I got home. So, I had to go back to the dealership and tell them about it; even then, they did not seem to care- they didn't even apologize about the issue.
