Great Customer Service
This dealership has redeemed its reputation. Over 2 years ago I was disappointed in the service department. In fact, I vowed to never return to this dealership again. However I'm glad I return! The manager went above and beyond to help me secure transportation after hours for a service appointment. When I arrived and the service center was closed hence a loaner was unavailable. The manager was kind enough to lend his personal loaner so I could get home. I was relieved. Thanks so much!

My car was dropped off to Hunt Valley Land Rover from Columbia, where that dealership couldn't fix my IPace. Adrian in the service department tracked me down as soon as he got the car, kept me in the loop with what needed to be done to fix the problem, and finished the repair ahead of the estimated schedule. Not only was he courteous and professional, but exceptionally kind. I will drive the extra 45 minutes for all future service needs in the future- that's how impressed I was with the service here. When I came to pick up the car, the checkout was quick and efficient. This is an excellent dealership!
