Communication with the Service Department was impossible.

Communication with the Service Department was impossible. The only way that I was able to reach them was to call the Sales Department and ask a sales person to take a message to the Service Department -then they tried to tell me that they had tried calling me - but that was a lie as my cell phone showed no incoming calls - also, no loaner cars and it took them 4 days for just a standard 70,000 mile service

Annette was my Service Representative, and she was

Annette was my Service Representative, and she was absolutely amazing. They are lucky to have her on staff! Stellar customer service, she was knowledgeable, fast and even setup a Lyft to get me to work/back to the dealership when I was ready. My car was in for scheduled service under warranty, which ended up being much less service than I'd hoped, but that was on Jaguar, not the dealership. I did let Annette know I was disappointed that some things listed in the warranty weren't covered, and she gave me the number for Jaguar to so I could get in touch. Again, that's more about Jaguar not honoring their warranty, that's not reflected in this rating of the dealership. There was another younger gentleman who helped me when I went in for pick up while Annette was helping someone else, and he was also stellar...this was a very big difference from my prior vehicle (Land Rover) servicing, where people always seemed snooty and like I was bothering them. I'm not sure whether it's the change over to Autonation, or whether it was just the great employees I was lucky enough to encounter, but I had a great experience with the service dept. If I need anything done to my car in the future, I hope Annette will be there...she made me feel like I was first class!

Tim -the new manager was very helpful getting my vehicle

Tim -the new manager was very helpful getting my vehicle repaired. He took the time to listen and made every effort to make sure that I still able to come to work while my vehicle still needs to be fixed. His attention to detail and reviewing the history of my vehicle shortened the time it took to repair. This whole process has been a nightmare however Tim and his team was the only 5 star part of the process.

Dropped car off, took 2 days to look at it.

Dropped car off, took 2 days to look at it. Turned out to be rodent damage to wiring harness. Estimate to get harness from England was 2 weeks. Harness came quicker than expected. Repair done the day harness arrived. Service writer kept me informed the whole time. Would have been 5 stars, if car had been looked at sooner.

Service department is horrible.

Service department is horrible. My intention was to get a used Rover.The service department scared me, because of their poor service.

Disappointed

My experience this time was a total nightmare. I honestly expected much better. I had my car In the shop on Thusday January 5th 2023 sometime in the morning. Despite me making calls, no one called me back untill sometime after 5pm that Thursday, and that was after demanding that I speak to the Service manager. Gregg did call me after speaking to the manager. After speaking to Gregg and I told him why my car was in the shop, he said we are going to look at it and get back to me mid-week. No one got back to me mid-week, so I called. Someone spoke to me and said you car is almost done and you should have it on Friday. He did tell me the guy who is responsible for your car is out for a week. I honestly could not believe what I was hearing. I called on Friday January 13th 2023. The young lady was extremely nice and welcoming. She was a ray of sunshine. She put me on hold to see how she can help. She got back to me and basically said Mr Greenidge are you sure you car is here, because I can't find it? She went on to state she will have the manager call me. The manager did call, but he was no use. He basically gave me a bunch of untruths, I thought he forgot that Spoke to him earlier in the week. He basically told me that it was not their fault that my car is old, and the parts are hard to find. This was not the kind of service I was expecting from Jaguar. In the past, I was treated with honor and dignity whenever I took my car to Jaguars, Landover. I also asked for a oil change. That was not done. Gregg wanted to do while I wait the day I picked up my car on Thursday January 19th. I said no thanks paid and left. My experience this time with you guys was a living breathing nightmare. I was so frustrated I honestly had no idea how to handle it. Seriously I was contemplating getting a Rover from your guys, but now I have serious concerns.

You also have a major problem with your phone system you have got be losing money on people trying to call for service and just giving up and going to another dealer .

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Got me in out in a timely fashion. The wait was shorter than expected. he waiting area was spacious and comfortable with a workspace area for those us working remotely..
