Great service appointment for a low coolant light issue.

Great service appointment for a low coolant light issue. Dropped RR off at 9:00 AM and was complete same day by Noon. Also got a great car wash!

AC Repair

I brought in my Jaguar for an AC problem(blowing hot air). Adrian (customer service) who usually takes care of my car servicing needs was , as always, very professional and helpful . They kept the car in the shop for few days. The problem is that the technician could not find or detect the reason for the AC problem. They recharged the AC system , put a tracing dye in and asked me to bring it back for further investigation if the problem returns We shall see

Dissatisfied Service Customer

The dealership had to order a part for my car. I was informed at the time of order that it would take a few weeks. However, I was never notified by my service rep that the part had come in. Luckily for me, I took it upon myself to call to check. When I called, the service rep that took my call did not even want to make the appointment to have the part installed, but instead wanted me to wait to speak with my original advisor, who was out of the office that day. I insisted that I make the appointment with her because the original service advisor never even informed me that the part had arrived. We made the appointment, but I was told that the original advisor would return my call. Of course, he never did. This is very poor customer service, especially from a dealership where the cars are extremely expensive.
