This dealership is top class.

This dealership is top class. I live in Pittsburgh, Pa and purchased, sight unseen, a 2024 Jaguar F-type. The general manager had the car detailed and parked in the show room when we arrived. Emily, our sales gal was so kind as were Tyler, Rob and of course Bill the GM who forwarded us the prior evening a video that he did of the car in the show room. This was a classy move on their part which I appreciated. When purchasing a high end vehicle like this car, this is the level of professional treatment a customer expects. Tom and I thank you all and will absolutely recommend doing business with you all to our friends and family. Oh and I love my car!! Fondly, Gigi Weber

Hello, I hope this reaches a support manager or someone

Hello, I hope this reaches a support manager or someone in customer support. I called 3 days ago and asked a question concerning my navigation. My question.." hello my navigation system suddenly is asking me to insert my SD card, but I haven't taken it out nor do I know where it is..any suggestions?" The Jaguar service rep suggested I use my phone Google maps or ways! I replied i would like to use the features in my car. He replied well then I'm happy to take your $410. Rude and unprofessional to say the least. I called another jaguar dealer ship and the female rep suggested i open the arm rest and check the SD slot and see if it ejected. So helpful!!! I didn't even know that was the location. And that's all it was. Jaguar Hunt Valley needs customer service re training by chick fila affilates! Why would I pay for a luxury car and its ammenties to just use my phone. Shame on u sir!

I’ve owned over 25 vehicles in my life and this is hands

I’ve owned over 25 vehicles in my life and this is hands down the worst experience ever. I have a 2022 Defender, everything shorts out all of the time. My window controls just suddenly stopped working so I took it to the Hunt Valley Land Rover dealership. They told me that it needed a new motor and that they’d order one and call me when it came in. For three months I called every two weeks and they would tell me that the motor hasn’t come in yet and that they would call me when the motor came in. I decided to be patient. I waited and after 6 months without a functioning driver side window I call up and they put me on hold, then come back to tell me that it’s been sitting in the back for a couple months and to come get it installed. A couple months later my front headlight stops working. There are no bulbs, it’s a $4000+ replacement when your headlight stops working. I take my car to the dealership again and after sitting there for four hours they come out and tell me what I already knew: that they needed to order a headlight. They gave me the truck back and told me they’d be in touch. Another month has gone by with no headlight and I’ve now been pulled over twice. I call and text customer service twice a week and they tell me that they’ll get back to me and never do. I am one of those people who NEVER complain, I am always exceptionally nice, and extremely patient. However this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any car ever. I’ve had BMWS, Mercedes, Hondas, Lexus, Mitsubishis, Jeeps etc and never had such horrible customer service at a dealership, problems with the vehicle etc. and this is supposed to be luxury?? With an insane price tag? I will be telling everyone I know to steer as far clear as humanly possible.

I scheduled an appointment with #jaguarhuntvalley for a vehicle inspection. Jonathan, aka “Yoni”, was my service representative. He provided excellent customer service by answering all of my questions and supporting me with getting the services needed for my new vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not pass my inspection the first time around but Yoni talked me through everything I needed to get done which helped to make it a seamless process. I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes for my re-inspection. Thanks Yoni!

I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle from LAND

I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle from LAND ROVER HUNT VALLEY and had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience that seemed tinged with discrimination. Both the sales manager, Rob, and the salesperson handling my case, Destiny, made the process unnecessarily difficult despite my prompt and transparent submission of all required documentation. The vehicle purchase was intended to be under my significant other's name, and we ensured that all documents could be submitted electronically. We were assured that once everything went through, we could come in to sign the final paperwork and close the deal. However, from the outset, I was met with skepticism and treated as if I were attempting to forge information. Despite our efforts to comply with all requirements, they continually questioned the legitimacy of our intent, even going so far as to call my significant other's workplace to verify her employment, implying our information might be falsified. Moving on from that, we were initially advised to send all the information electronically and then finalize and sign off in person. However, when we called back after missing their call, we were simply told to show up. We complied without hesitation, but while we were en route, we received a call stating that the deposit could only be made directly from her bank account, not her partner's. This was never previously mentioned and felt like a sudden and unfair change in requirements. We purchased a house with less hassle and outrageous demands than this vehicle. Overall, the experience left us feeling marginalized and discriminated against. The lack of clear communication, coupled with the apparent distrust and discriminatory actions, turned what should have been an exciting purchase into a distressing ordeal. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership and to be prepared for potential discrimination and misinformation.
