Do not buy a jag!
Do not buy a jag! Electrical issues from the start, under warranty cannot not fix just bandaid it with new battery’s and no loaner vehicles awful. Took a major loss on the vehicle switching to another luxury brand that has better service. The service tech George was nice and seemed like the only person who cared. One of the lady’s answering the phones was rude!! Bye bye Jag never again! Can’t be a luxury player but not have luxury service.

Had a terrible experience as an out-of-state customer. While the salesman was very helpful in answering my questions and getting back to me in a timely fashion, after submitting the paperwork and offering to put a down payment on the car, the dealership sold the car to someone else who walked into the showroom. When I was notified the car might be sold, I called the manager and was put on hold for 45 minutes. When he finally answered, I asked why I was not allowed to put a down payment on the car before the person in the showroom (who had not made the down payment or put in the application). I was not given any sort of answer except "there's nothing we can do." I was put on I spent a significant amount of time finding the car I wanted, communicating with the salesman, rearranging my schedule to coordinate pick-up, and completing the paperwork, only to have my dream car ripped out from under me. The dealer promised to find me a new car, but instead just gave me another dealership's email and then stopped responding to my questions. Buyer be warned.

Everything was fine until the issue that I brought it in for returned. Which was a reoccurring message ( that the quality of diesel exhaust fuel was not right )
