Customer Service is bad now.

Customer Service is bad now. Can't get anyone on the phone or return your call. I was told they can't diagnose a problem, unless the car acts up it with them. Was told they may run a pressure test, but as far as I know nothing was done. Glad you didn't charge me, since you did nothing.

I was greeted by Hugh Ward, he was nice and knowledgeable

I was greeted by Hugh Ward, he was nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about. I was excited to find they had several Pathfinders in stock. Everyone I came across from Mr. Ward to finance to other sales representatives everyone was friendly. It was a great sales experience.

I was impressed with the variety of cars and SUV’s they had to offer people. The showroom was set up where you could look inside and out of several of the most popular vehicles. Any question that you had they could answer.

Cameron took really good care of us and tried his best to

Cameron took really good care of us and tried his best to make it as smooth as possible. Jared was very easy to talk with and done everything he could to make the buying a new car experience go as smoothly a possible. Jared explained everything very thorough and to where we could understand. Did not feel rushed or like we were just a #. We would definitely recommend Southern Team Nissan
