Today I went to this car dealership location for my

Today I went to this car dealership location for my repairing service. I was going to do my oil change and 4 wheel alignment but the service sale advisor really did a amazing job for offering me suggestions what I need to be done. He did went over very clearly and concise that I understood and I could add on some extra repairs for my car. This is the best auto repairing service that I ever had received before. He is totally 100/100. His name is Marc Cesare.

This was then first time I have been disappointed in the service department..I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and waited outside for 9 minutes to have the door opened so I could bring my car in. Then I waited standing by my car for a service rep who eventually came out took the pictures and left without saying a word. I waited and then asked someone what to do. Then I waited until the service rep was free. I stayed at the dealership while my car was serviced....oil change and tire rotation. After two hours, I paid my bill and left. In the parking lot I received a message that my car needed an additional repair and to make an appointment. It stated I needed to replace a wiper insert. Since I was sitting in the lounge I believe it would be easy to just ask me to ok a minor repair. Now I have to make an additional round trip.
